We’re 12 days into the new year and I’ve been telling myself for days that I would revisit my blog. After six months of successfully ignoring it, I wanted to get back into the swing of things and really give this blog thing a shot. And yet, here we are 12 days into 2018 and I’m just now getting around to it.
In 2018, I’d like to do more of the little things to better myself and my health. That includes drinking more water, getting more sleep, moving more (be it at the gym or on walks with my dog), reading more, and focusing on this blog. I’d also like to find more organizations, charities and individuals that I can support in one way or another.
Those goals are why I think this blog is important. While I love writing and talking about sports, sometimes it’s nice to talk about literally anything else. And it’s nice to have a place to hold myself accountable to the goals that I have.
So, here’s to a fresh start. I have no idea where this blog may take me in 2018, but I hope to give it a little more love and attention than I did in 2017.
